We Offer...

Basic Onsite Rates

Onsite Service Contract (parts not included). Utilized for onsite hardware service calls (one hour minimum), including PC and Macintosh systems. Portal to portal travel is at no charge with the block of time option. Limited to 30-mile radius.

Basic In-House Service Rates

Monitor Repair
Customer will be notified if repairs fall under an additional "Up-charge". Up-charge conditions include but are not limited to CRT, Flyback, Physical damage, manufacturer specific parts. If customer elects not to have the monitor repaired then a bench fee will be assessed at the rates of, $85.00 for 17" monitors and $115.00 for 19", 20" & 21" monitors. All "no problems found" occurrences will be charged at the above mentioned bench fees. Typical turnaround time is 7 to 10 days.
